My friend, Charolette, and I decided to take our 6 kids to the beach. (Joshua stayed home with dad, we have't figured out an easy way to get him across the beach). We left around 5pm and stayed until after sunset. It was the best idea! The kids all got naps before we left. We stopped and ate McDonalds on the way and enjoyed a great evening on the beach.
It was so beautiful to see the sun set. There is just something about sunsets and water that puts a "calm" on all your stresses. Even if it is only fora few brief moments!!
